Welcome to JH Packaging. By accessing or using our website (jhpackaging.cn), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Website Usage & Agreement
By visiting our site or placing an order, you agree to abide by all applicable laws and these Terms of Use. These terms govern your access and interaction with our website, products, and services.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review them regularly to stay informed.
2. Intellectual Property & Copyright
All content, including text, graphics, designs, code, and software on this site, is the property of JH Packaging unless otherwise stated. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without our written consent is strictly prohibited.
You may not use any third-party material (logos, images, trademarks, etc.) in your submitted designs unless you hold legal rights or permissions. You are fully responsible for ensuring that your uploaded content does not infringe any copyrights, trademarks, or legal protections.
3. Customer Conduct
You agree not to upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others. JH Packaging reserves the right (but is not obligated) to review, remove, or reject content that violates these terms or may be considered inappropriate.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and any activity under it.
4. Submitted Artwork Guidelines
All files should be submitted in CMYK color mode with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI. We are not responsible for color shifts caused by conversions from RGB to CMYK or for low-resolution artwork submitted by the customer.
5. Proofing & Approval
Before production, you will receive a final proof and job specification sheet. Please review all details carefully. Once approved, we proceed to print exactly as submitted. JH Packaging is not responsible for errors in spelling, layout, colors, or sizing after approval.
Color matching is approximate and may vary based on substrate, lamination, and press calibration. For guaranteed accuracy, a hardcopy proof is available upon request (additional charges apply).
6. Materials & Food-Grade Clarification
Unless explicitly requested and confirmed in writing, all materials used are not food-grade certified. Please inform us of any food-safe requirements before placing your order.
7. Order Acceptance & Delivery
Estimated delivery times begin after final proof approval, not the order date. We strive to meet all timelines but are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or technical issues beyond our control.
8. Returns & Reprints
Because all packaging is made-to-order, we do not accept general returns or offer refunds. If a defect or error is identified and proven to be on our end, we will:
Reprint the affected items, or
Offer store credit equal to their value.
Notify us of any issues within 3 business days of receiving your order. Affected products must be returned (minimum 99%) for review.
9. Damaged or Missing Packages
Inspect packages upon delivery. Report any visible damage or shortages to dino@jhpackbox.com and the courier within 3 days. JH Packaging is not responsible for issues not reported within this timeframe.
Due to trade standards, orders may vary by ±5%. If an exact quantity is required, we recommend ordering slightly extra.
10. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall JH Packaging be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or delays in delivery.
11. International Duties & Customs
Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs, import duties, or clearance charges outside of China.
